Bussin Buses Terms and Conditions
1.Your Status
1.1 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
1.1.1 You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
2. Definitions
2.1 In this agreement, "The Company" or "We" refers to BUSSIN BUSES LLC, UEN: T24LL0108C
2.2 "Bus" encompasses all vehicles provided by The Company, including buses, coaches, or others specified in the order.
2.3 "Driver" denotes the individual contracted by The Company responsible for operating the vehicle.
2.4 "Service" pertains to the services detailed in the order and work conducted by The Company.
2.5 "Passengers" include individuals authorized by the customer to be on the bus during the agreed hire duration, potentially including the customer.
3. Contract Formation with The Company
3.1 Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. However, this does not signify acceptance. Your order is considered an offer, subject to acceptance by us. The contract ("the Contract") materializes only upon our delivery of the Product/Service, confirmed via email.
3.2 Full payment is mandatory through your selected payment option during checkout. Bookings will be processed upon payment receipt.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 We retain the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Such alterations won't impact bookings made before the effective date.
4.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details. The Company is not liable for delays due to traffic conditions or adverse weather. The Company bears no liability for late arrival at events, and the customer has no claim for reimbursement.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted via email. For bookings with full payment: Full refund if cancelled over 7 days before the booking time. Full charge (No Refund) for cancellations less than 7 days from the booking time.
5.2 In vehicle unavailability, breakdown, or emergencies, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative solution.
5.3 All refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days.
5.4 Company-initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a refund not including tax will be issued.
6. Passenger Conduct On The Bus
6.1 All passengers must be seated when the bus is in motion. Standing is not allowed.
6.2 Seat belts must be worn when the bus is in motion.
6.3 No Smoking is permitted on any buses at any time.
6.4 No food or drink consumption unless due to official medical reasons.
7. Our Liability
7.1 We guarantee the satisfactory quality of any Product/Service purchased through our site.
7.2 Our liability for purchased Product/Service is strictly limited to the purchase price.
7.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of any significant changes through our Telegram channel, Instagram or other communication channels.
8. Events Outside Our Control
8.1 We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event").
8.2 A Force Majeure Event includes acts, events, or accidents beyond our reasonable control.
8.3 Our performance is suspended during a Force Majeure Event, and we aim to find solutions to fulfill our obligations.
9. Waiver
9.1 Failure to insist on strict performance does not waive rights or relieve compliance with obligations.
9.2 A waiver by us of any default does not waive subsequent defaults.
9.3 No waiver is effective unless expressly stated in writing.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions remain valid.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These Terms and Conditions supersede prior agreements and represent the entire understanding between us.
11.2 No reliance on representations, promises, or undertakings not expressly stated.
11.3 No remedy for untrue statements unless fraudulent. The sole remedy is for breach of contract.
12. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
12.1 We retain the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 You are subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering, unless changes are mandated by law or governmental authority, or if notified before providing the Dispatch Confirmation.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 Contracts for Products/Services through our site are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
